Let's Be Clear was developed for the following reasons.

People deserve clear, honest information

Tobacco harms are still widely misunderstood. Many people underestimate the risks, believe they've already "done the damage" or aren't aware of the modern support available to help them quit.

Councils want to work together on shared challenges

By coming together as a region, councils can amplify messages, reduce duplication and maximise resources for communications campaigns.
